Storage Unit Auction:
Premier Storage will conduct a public auction, Tuesday, August 18th @ 4:00 P.M. Personal property stored in the following units will be sold on site to satisfy owner’s lien: unit #150 Amanda Alvey, unit #118 Angelique McKenzie, unit #1041 Jimmy Francis, unit #93 Becky Keeton, and unit #186 Shawn Smith.
Directions: From I-24 take exit 11 onto John Puryear Dr. heading west approximately 1.5 miles arriving at Premier Storage on right.
From south side Wal-Mart: Take John Puryear Dr. east towards I-24 approximately 0.8 miles passing Walgreen’s on your right proceed through light & over bridge arriving at Premier Storage on left.
Payment: Cash, check or credit card with proper ID required. 10 % buyer premium added to final bid. Several days will be given to the high bidder/s for removal of merchandise. High bidders will be required to provide their own lock if they do not remove merchandise
