Terms of Auction: Chris Colson Auction & Realty Co. will broker the firearms. Auction Company will co-op with Paducah Shooters Supply who is a federal firearms dealer. On auction day, they will conduct background checks and distribute/issue all firearms to successful high bidders in accordance with all federal firearm regulations. ATF has disclosed that no firearms will be distributed from The KC Hall. Firearms will be distributed from Paducah Shooters Supply place of business on 3919 Cairo Rd in Paducah, KY 42001. Firearms purchased from out of state buyers may have to be mailed to a FFD in your city or county. All federal firearms laws and regulations will be strictly adhered to. **Paducah Shooter’s Supply will assess a $20.00 fee per firearm to purchaser/s for processing. Not all purchasers will be able to take possession of firearm/s purchased from auction site. Purchasers’ credentials such as concealed carry, or current holder of federal licensees, etc. will affect whether immediate possession is allowable by law or if you will have to return to Paducah Shooters Supply either the day of the sale or following business day to take possession. If purchasers that buy on day of sale and are from out of town Paducah Shooters may have to ship the firearm to a federal dealer in the purchaser’s hometown for pick up. It is highly recommended you research the laws on taking possession of a firearm once purchased and how they apply to you in advance of auction day. Background checks will be conducted.
